YokoyaDev provides custom software development for Discord, including bots, apps, dashboards, moderation tools, and integrations. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are agreed upon directly with the client before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, credentials, and access needed to complete the project.
• Respond to questions and review requests in a reasonably timely manner.
• Ensure your intended use of the delivered software complies with Discord's Terms of Service, Developer Terms, and API Policy.

3. Payments & Pricing

Pricing is quoted per project or per the plans listed on this site. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before work begins or according to the milestone schedule set for your project.

4. Revisions & Delivery

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions to bring the deliverable in line with the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope may be treated as a new, separately quoted task. Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift based on project complexity or client response time.

5. Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the custom code delivered to you transfers to you, except for any third-party libraries or pre-existing tools used, which remain under their own licenses. General-purpose, non-client-specific code may be reused in future work.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party platforms such as Discord, hosting providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of software we develop, including lost data, lost revenue, or account penalties issued by Discord or other platforms.

8. Termination

Either party may cancel an in-progress project with written notice (Discord or email is sufficient). Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and any refund will follow our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

1. 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your custom Discord app, bot, or server development order. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. Eligibility

• Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase or the start of the project, whichever is earlier.
• For work already delivered and approved, we'll first try to resolve the issue with revisions; if that doesn't work, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• Custom work that has already been fully delivered, approved, and put into use is refunded on a case-by-case basis rather than automatically.
• Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (e.g. hosting or domain fees) are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Message us on Discord or email us with your order details and the reason for your request. We'll get back to you and, where needed, ask a few follow-up questions to process it quickly.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
